Health is defined as the absence of disease or infirmity, a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. The need for health care is a service that has been given since the start of time. The importance of the human factor in the success of organizations trying to provide such a valuable service is growing every day. Health organization?s success is correlated with the workers? allegiance to their organizations. It is seen that workers who have high organizational allegiance provide great service for their organizations and that these are workers happy. The worker factor being so important for the success of health organizations resulted in organizations putting the worker factor first in their organizational allegiance studies. The satisfaction of the community being served is indisputably crucial for health organizations. Nevertheless, the satisfaction of service providers is as important because it improves their organizational allegiance and the quality of the health service the organization intends to provide. As a result of all this, this thesis? purpose is to determine the level of organizational allegiance and establish the defects of Kirklareli health workers. By correcting the established defects workers? organizational allegiance will be improved, thus positive results will be gained for the served community and organization both.
