Abstract (EN)
Competition increases between organizations and enterprises in today?s globalization and in this era of information economy. Furthermore, adaptation to inner and outer conditions became more important for organizations. Especially during recent years, when developments and evolutions are increased, the adaptation of an organization to the changes both inside and in its periphery is much more prominent than ever. In addition to this, organizations are developing methods and strategies to increase their productivity, to reach their aims and to cope with these changes. One of them is the concept of team. The establishment of teams contributes to the operations, the objectives of operation of management and the coping ability to the changes. Therefore, the concept of team management shall be analyzed within organizational evolution processes.Key words: Organizational transformation, Team, Management, Organization, Globalization.
