Research of the relationship between organizational narcissism and organizational trust in terms of private schools and public schools

Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational narcissism and organizational trust and to examine this relationship in terms of private and public schools. The study was conducted in 2019 and the sample of the study consists of 345 teachers working in various private and public schools in Rize. In the research, relational survey model, which is one of the quantitative research types, was used. As a result of the study, a moderate positive relationship was found between organizational narcissism and organizational trust, and significant differences were found in favor of private schools in the comparison of private schools and public schools. In the study, while there was no significant difference between organizational narcissism and gender in terms of private schools, there was a significant difference between gender and organizational narcissism in terms of public schools, and it was found that men's perception of organizational narcissism was higher than women. Finally, it has been seen that married and experienced teachers have higher perception of organizational narcissism.
