Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is the explanation of the concepts that organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing and the relation between this concepts.Firstly organizational citizenship behavior, knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing concepts are presented in a theoretical frame by doing a wide literature search, in this study. In these parts, definitions of the concepts, effective factors, antecedents, impediments and their results are explain with.the relation between organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing in different forms.After the presentation of the study in a theoretical frame, two different measurement are used for measure organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing. A measurement of the organizational citizenship behavior is formed that profit by Organ, Podsakoff and MacKenzie?s studies (2006) firstly and the other studies in a literature and a measurement of the knwledge sharing is formed that profit by Ipe (2003), Delaney (2003), Yi (2005) ve Barreto (2003)?s studies.Application was done on 167 people who are working on different hierarchical level of public sector. After the result of surveys questions, the relation between organizational citizenship behavior and was being tried to explain by evaluating the data.Key Words: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, OCB, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Sharing Behavior.
