Confirmatory factor analysis was performed. Mean analysis was used to determine the perceptions of the participants to scale items. Correlation analysis was performed to test hypotheses. Then regression models were established. As a result of the correlation analysis, it can be said that there is a partial relationship between organizational citizenship behavior sub-dimensions with job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance sub-dimensions.
