Abstract (EN)
At the scope of this study, present fluorite deposits checked over to determine fluorite and Rare Earth Elements (REE) potential which demands Turkey?s iron-steel, chemistry and ceramic industries need.Fluorite deposits in and around the Kırşehir are the most important fluorite deposits in Turkey. They occur in the Central Anatolian Crystalline Complex. Fluorites occur within syenite, quartz ? syenite, monzonite and foid-syenite in the study area which includes Bayindir, Isahocali, Yeniyapan, Buzlukdag, Akcakent and Cokelik, in this area. Priliminarly saturated and undersaturated alkaline rocks are determined of their minerological and petrographical indices.Because of having different occuring mechanism of fluorite deposits, deposits in study area are classified in genetically and obtained parameters to investigate new fluorite deposits. In this study, the deposits which are classified generally as hydrothermal origin correlated with other deposits by fluid inclusion and REE data.
