Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate school alienation in respect of thestate tarit anger and socio-demographic variables (gender, sosyo-economic status). Inthis research, survey method has been applied.The sample was consisted of 300 female and 298 male totally 598 highschool students who came from different socio-economic level. The participants?mean is 17.6.To collect data ?Personal Information Form?, ?State Trait Anger Scale? and?Student Alienation Scale? were used. All of the scales applied by the researcherduring the course and he explained the students purpose of the study and style of theresponse on the answer sheet.Multivariate analysis of variance was used to determine gender, socio-economic level and state tarit anger differences on the students? alienation dependentvariables. When there were significant multivariate effects (Wilks? Lambda criterion)separate analysis of variance (ANOVA) were conducted on each dependent variableto determine the source of the effect.The level of significance was selected as p<.01The results indicate that there is a significant difference between studentsschool alienation and state tarit anger .Keywords: Student school alienation, Meaninglessness, Normlessness, Socialestrangement, Powerlessness, Anger, Soci-demographic variables.
