A study on the vocational education of the teachers who work i̇n secondary schools and high schools

İn this study, we investigated the professional training of teachers working in secondary schools. The research sample consisted of Istanbul in the Besiktas district teachers working in this school. Sampling was carried out with multi-stage sampling. The number of sample was composed of 153 women, 75 men a total of 228 teachers. Vocational training scale has been developed to be used in the research. İnformation form and vocational training scale are used as a data collection tool. Parametric technique was applied to analyze the data. As a result, a large proportion of participants indicated that it is necessary for teachers of vocational education. Another result of the study were found to have more positive attitudes about female teachers than male teachers receive professional training.
