Abstract (EN)

This study aims to describe the relationship between organizational agility and organizational cynicism behaviors in secondary education institutions. The data was collected survey method. The sample of the study comprised of 701 voluntary participants who selected through stratified sampling. The data of the study was collected using the Organizational Agility Scale, adapted to Turkish by Akkaya and Tabak (2018) from the original scale developed by Sharifi and Zhang (1999) and the Organizational Cynicism Scale, adapted to Turkish by Kalağan (2009) based on Brandes' scale (1997). The collected data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analyses. The research findings indicate that school administrators have higher levels of agility compared to teachers. Teachers and school administrators aged 45 and above have lower agility levels compared to those aged between 36 and 45. The study reveals a moderate and negative relationship between organizational agility and organizational cynicism behaviors. Based on the findings, recommendations have been made for both practitioners and future researchers. Keywords: Organizational Agility, Organizational Cynicism, Secondary Education.
