Abstract (EN)
IV. Murad?s Term, it?s one of the most difficult an confusion terms of Otoman Empire. Special features that make difficult this term; it?s seemed that the most important difficult is the Rebellion of Janissary beside. IV. Murad was too young, his elder brother, II. Osman was killed and a short time later he was the Sultan. He had to obey against his mother Kösem Sultan?s will her interference to the management because of his young age. The Rebellion of Abaza Mehmet Pasha and the occupation of Bagdat by ran. These rebellions took place in the first years of his sultanate had relinquished the government against the very difficult stations IV. Murad had solved all these problems, ordered the left unlettered soldiers and succeeded to win the splendid victories. And he had refunded the government system. My a im in this work; a) To search the reasons of this destroyed system, to find out; how strong and obedient of Janissary?s in spite of these destroyed systems? b) The spoilt reasons of the Janissary home, the reasons of Janissary?s rebellions, the other reasons that were at the back scene? A very big search had been made to find out the answers of these questions. All kinds of boks, encyclopaedia?s, articles about Otoman Empire had been examined carefully.
