The inhabition of tribes in Raqqa at the age of Ottoman Empire (1690-1840)

This study was carried out on the tribes inhabited in Raqqa at the age of Ottoman Empire. The information about political, administrative, demographic and economic structure of these tribes was given. Turkish tribes were inhabited in Raqqa from end of the 17 * Century by Ottoman Empire and this inhabition working continued till end of the 1 8 th' Century. Information about each tribe inhabited in Raqqa was given. Moreover, important information about main aim of Ottoman Empire for inhabition and politicians in caharge of inhabition working was given in the study. The study comprises of introduction and five sections: Section I: Brief history of Raqqa. Section II: The main politic Ottoman Empire followed at Raqqa inhabition. Section HI: The information about politicians in charge of Raqqa inhabition. Section IV: The information about the tribes inhabited in Raqqa. Section V: Demographic and economic structure of the tribes inhabited in Raqqa and reflection of the inhabition in 20 * Century. This study is tried to enrich by table list and photos.
