Abstract (EN)
The monography hasn't been carried out yet inspite of many precious histoians' studies on the principality management in Ottoman state organization. But these studies include only some eras. There is not any study on both the socioeconomic analysis of the whole eyalet (also pashalic or beglerbeglic), liva/sanjak and kaza and also the study which is showing revealed knowledge. In this respect, the study named Anatolian State and Contemporary Anatolian Provolars in Provincial Organization of Ottoman(1789-1833) is of capital importance. In general we will emphasize on State organization of Ottoman, specifically Organization of the Province of Anatolia and Anatolian Provolars. After 1789 shortly we will inform about The History and Progress of Administrative Organisation of Ottoman when we put forward the knowledge on this issue in sources. Moreover we aim to clerify importance and function of Principality Management in Ottoman State Administration. In this study, especially from mid XVI. Century, with the deterioration of the Timar, in Ottoman State life, were there any changes caused by provincial organization under some civil or foreign conditions? May some changes be cited as an example such as: the increase or decrease of the principalities' numbers, the organization of lower administrative district under the name of several reputations? Were the changes in only the numbers or names of administrative districts? Had the way of savings in that regions changed? Also were there any changes in the vocational trainings of Beglerbeglics or provolars, their assignment or dismissal, after their assignment duty term or functions?The purpose of this study is to give information about Anatolia Province and Anatoliaan Provolars between 1789-1833 by referring to the state organisation of Ottoman Empire.
