Abstract (EN)
The elements of Turkish culture that the effects can be observed in every period of cultural history have always made a great contribution to the development of global culture. When the cultural layers are examined; with a period of 700 years the Ottoman cultural understanding has been effective in many places on the world and had provided important contributions on the development of global culture.During the Ottoman era, some periods that can be called `peak periods? had been experienced in many fields. During Ottoman era, the situation defined by the word `peak? has not been experienced only in the fields like power, government, governance that belongs to politics, but at the same time the peak periods had also been experienced in the cultural activity fields. As the borders of the Ottoman who had adopted central government style, expanded, the interaction between the other cultures increased and the cultural activities had been diversified. Continuous cosmoplitanization sutructure of Ottoman society can also be observed in cultural field as well as in every fields. One of the of the most important art execution fields was an institution called as `Nakaşhane? which was producing creations under the supervision of the palace during the Ottoman era that represents a complex but at the same time a deep-rooted acculturation. Especially the miniature manuscripts found in the palace library shows that this kind of art was highly appreciated in the Ottoman palace. Besides the pure painting pleasure and curiosity the researchers believe that those manuscripts carries important political messages. In particular, miniature manuscripts were found within the gifts that were given as a result of inter-state relations shows the importance of these art. In this context, it is understood that the music instruments illustrated in the Ottoman Sultan Entertainment Stages during the Ottoman era were engraved with a plan designed in accordance with the ottoman ideology. Which was prepared during the Ottoman period examined in this study, "Sultan Entertainment Scenes in", drum, Oud, Cheng, the violinist / fiddle, tambourine, shekel, Ney, Kopuz instruments were used."Sultan entertainment scenes in" The miniatures depicting musical instruments in the above identified and used as a conscious understanding of the ideological framework of the Ottoman and plans on saving on the use of its importance emphasized.This kind of elements that reflect the will of the administration, especially king of performances hosted and designed in the spirit of the reign of the Ottoman Empire as an important fact that stands before us.
