In the termination years of Ottoman Empire, various books concerning Afghanistan had been written, there existed much news on papers, a great many articles had been written out. Those had especially become redoubled in the era of the Second Constitutional Monarchy. Ottoman Empire-Afghanistan relations, Ottoman public concern on Afghanistan and reasons of this concern and the effects of these two nations? relations on other nations has been searched based on the stated books and articles as well as they separately examined. General information about Afghanistan, affection against Afghanistan, fidelity of Afghanistan to the Caliphate, Act and regulations in Afghanistan, improvement, disintegration among tribes The determination of the level, sources, reasons of affection of Ottoman and Afghani people against each other, its effects on other nations constitute framework of this study. Sunni Muslim identity of both nations and Turkish existence in Afghanistan compose the basis of this affection. Both nations love and support each other gratuitously.
