Abstract (EN)

In the Ottoman Empire, it is possible to examine the writing of history in various branches. These important branches which are first coming to the mind, are such as the formal writing of history, the private writing oh history, biograhy, siyasetname, menkıbnâme, memory etc? When we examine Risâle-i Teberdâriyye fi Ahvâl-i Ağa-yı Dârü?s-sa?âde which is a work of Derviş Abdullah, we notice that the writer tries to warn the padishah about political situations of Hadım Agas. Because of this reason, we can call it as a siyasetname.Risâle-i Teberdâriyye fi Ahvâl-i Ağa-yı Dârü?s-sa?âde, is written by Formerly sapper Derviş Abdullah in XVIII. century. This work is in İstanbul Köprülü Library, in II. Ahmet Section, its number is 233. There are 97 leaves in this total work. It isn?t printed with the new letters. Our aim is to translate the book with new letters and to win it in the science world. This work is translated by using new letters from The Ottoman Turkish language we tried to obey the rules of Encyclopaedia of Islam transcription. Nobody has worked about the value of this work in scientific aspect.In Conclusion Derviş Abdullah, worked in the Ottoman Palace for a long time. His work which was translated into Turkish, tells us the development of central administration, political and social events so we obtain the most important knowledge about Political history and Organization of the Ottoman Empire.
