Government systems in Ottoman Turkish Constitutions: System discussions after 2007

The Master Thesis, which is named as the governmental systems in the Ottoman Turkish Constitutions and the post-2007 system discussions, examined the changes and transformations of the governmental systems applied in the Ottoman-Turkish political life in the historical development and course, and the debates in this context, including a process analysis. The way the government systems are handled in the Turkish constitutions, the constitutional amendments made, the criticisms made to the system and the evaluation of the issue by their interlocutors have been dealt with in consideration of political, legal and social developments. The study, which looks at the legal and political dimensions of the government system, from the context of the US type Presidential government system to the perspective of the Turkish type Presidential government system, the constitutional amendments made and the position, functioning and disadvantages of the constitutional institutions in the new system will continue for the next few periods. I hope that this will contribute to the discussions and studies of the government.
