The relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital

In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital. For this purpose, the questions of whether there is a meaningful relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital and whether there is a significant difference according to experience, status, age, gender and educational status were sought in the scope of the study. The importance of research; It is the study of the relationship between the psychological capital levels of the employees in the service sector and their perceptions of authentic leadership characteristics, although similar studies have been conducted before. In this study, the relationship between the psychological capital levels of business employees and the authentic leadership characteristics of managers was examined with a survey study. Whether the demographic variables make a difference on psychological capital and authentic leadership perception was also examined with the questionnaire. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a high degree of correlation between the psychological capital levels of business employees and the authentic leadership characteristics of managers. In addition, it is seen that the demographic characteristics of the business employees in question make a significant difference on the authentic leadership perceptions in general. Male participants' authentic leadership levels, information transparency levels, balanced smear levels; as well as higher than female buyers. The authentic leadership level of the participants in the age group 25-28, the level of transparency in relationships, the level of internalized moral understanding, the level of self-awareness of the participants with other lower-middle status, the level of authentic leadership, the level of transparency in relationships, the level of internalized moral understanding, below, where the level of leveling, the level of self-awareness is higher than the others. In addition, authentic psychological deep change analysis was conducted. As the authentic leadership level alone explains the psychological capital level of 40.2%. When a unit of Authentic Leadership is increased, it is seen that it affects the psychological high level 0.497 times.
