Abstract (EN)
Mistakes and fraud actions that happen to businesses in the globalizing and developing world cause great damage to businesses. These losses cause companies to go bankrupt or to a great decrease in reliability value. The purpose of this study is to focus on what measures should be taken to detect and prevent the frauds made by the employees of the Five Stars Hotel businesses. It is thought that the research findings can contribute to both the literature and hotel businesses. In linet his purpose, a survey based research was conducted for business executives who have the status of Five Star Hotel in Antalya province registered in the Minsitery of Culture and Tourism. The data obtained were analyzed through the SPSS Statistical package program. With the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire, the results about the reasons why the employees at the Five Star Hotel businesses resort the fraud, in which department more fraud action can be used and what kind of preventing fraud.
