Abstract (EN)
Human factor has an important role in hotel managements depending mostly on human labour. The major aims of hotel managements are to be able to respond the needs of consumer increase the importance of human power serving in this sector. The physical condition in hotel managements are not the only factor to determine the quality of insititution. Moreover, the characteristics of human power affect the quality of the institution. Therefore, hotel managements should anlyze the number and the charecteristic of needed personel. That?s why hotel managements need planning human power.
