Abstract (EN)

The main aim of the instutions is to make its promotion the highest level. In order to this, it needs to control its costs and to reduce its wastes. Besides this, another way to do this reduce counterproductive work behaviours. There are many researches about instutions which makes harm both cost and time for them. These researches are generally evaluated in a negative way, and analyzed many different issues. However, counterproductive work behaviours includes many negative ways which have its own types and dimensions. Product deviance, physically and verbal attack, doing purposely work incorrecty, stealing, sabotage, (making excuses for not going to work, leave work earlier, long breaks) like these behaviours (Doğan ve Kılıç, 2014: 103). Counterproductive work behaviours are organizational behaviours dark side and cyberloafing is analyzed as a counterproductive work behaviours (Varoğlu ve Sığrı, 2013: 624). Cyberloafing is called as the workers their mobile phones during work hours, computers, internet for their personal usages (Kaplan ve Çetinkaya, 2014: 27). The researches are divided into two groups about cyberloafing. Some of them say cyberloafing is severely harmful, decrease of performance, and some law punishments to cause, some of them say, cyberloafing makes workers get rid of stres, increase of performance, unique learning and opportunities (İyigün vd., 2014: 58; Cavusoğlu vd., 2014: 150; Keklik vd., 2015: 130). The more researches are made about cyberloafing but in national thesis it is not enough. As a result, in this research hotel workers demographic information cyberloafing if it shows difference or not, according to hotel workes ideas what are the reasons of the cyberloafing? To get information about this and the hotel and the workers are affected how? it is the main aim of this study.
