Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study, the concept of green marketing in the tourism industry and be seen by examining the implications of this concept in the industry to investigate whether there is effective.Descriptive research method used in the study. The aims in descriptive research is researching and presenting current status of a subject by defining the problem at hand, about the status of this problem, variables and relation between variables. 503 hotel employees in Ankara were the sample of research. Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection technique. The questionnaire consisted of 2 parts, the first section was demographic variables. The second section was green marketing attitude scale.Some statical analysis made to data in the result of research. These analyses were frequecy analysis, reliability analysis, t-tests and ANOVA tests. As a result of the t-tests and ANOVA tests significant differences were found between age, year of service, level of education and income of managers and employees in tourism businesses.
