While the most basic regulation that authorizes the police to use force and weapons is PVSK numbered 2559, Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 and Anti-Smuggling Law No. 5607 are among the special penal laws that authorize law enforcement to use weapons. However, when the powers given to the law enforcement in these laws are examined, there is no unity between the laws, although there is no unity between the laws, the regulation made in the Additional Article 2 of the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 of 2006 on the power of the law enforcement officers to use weapons, and the state order respecting human rights, which is among the basic principles of the democratic state of law. is inconsistent. It is essential that the authorities consider the authority to use weapons given to the law enforcement as a last resort, and that there is a system in which the law enforcement can implement it in practice, knowing well the stages of using force in order to break this resistance in case of any resistance.
