Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to prove whether private security guards' career anchors, and job satisfaction predict their occupational commitment significantly or not. In this reasarch has been investigated whether there is a relationship between occupational commitment and internal-external satisfaction, relationship among career anchors, relationship between occupational commitment dimensions with internal-external satisfaction and career anchors; whether internal-external satisfaction predict occupational commitment and its dimensons and finaly if career anchors, predict occupational commitment and its dimensions. This resarch is a descriptive investigation in relational search model for the purpose of interactions private security guards' occupational commitmnent levels of affecting factor and how this factors interact each other. Sampling group consists of 274 private security guards who are working official and private sector. Simple randomize sampling type has been used in this resarch The Pearson Moments correlation ratio was utilized to analyse relationship among career anchors, and job satisfaction' dimension and occupation commitment and its dimension. Data results was computed with regression analyse and it contented private security guards' career anchors, dimensions of job satisfaction, occupational commitment and its dimensions. At the end of the investigation; the pozitive direction and the significant relation was found between them occupational commitment and career anchors, and job satisfaction. The positive significant relation was identified between emotional occupational commitment and career anchors. The positive significant relation came up between emotional occupational commitment and external saisfaction which is job satisfaction dimension. The positive significant relation was detected among normative occupational and commitment and techinical functional perfection which is one of career anchors' dimensions, autonomy-independence, general management perfection, entrepreunership-creativity, pure challange and life style. The positive significant relation was obtained between normative occupational commitment andwhich is one of job satisfaction dimension, internal and external satisfaction. The positive significant relation was found among continuity occupational commitment and career anchors, and job satisfaction. According to the research results; external satisfaction, general menagement perfection, autonomy-independence, pure challange and technical fonctional perfection dimensions have been predicted upon the occupational commitment. These variables have an important effect over the emotional occupational commitment. General menagement perfection, external satisfaction, pure challange, security-stability dimensions have affected on the normative occupational commitment. External satisfaction, technical functional perfection, pure challange dimensions have estimated continuity occupational commitment. Theese variables have an important effect upon the continuity occupational commitment. Key Words: Private security guards, occupational commitment, career anchors, job satisfaction.
