Abstract (EN)

Nursing is among the most important heath personnel in the health sector. Monitoring the heavy working conditions carefully aas well as taking appropriate countermeasures are extremely important for the nurses to perform their duties effectively and witha high motivation. Nursing is a crucial discipline to understanding the individuals and establishing effective communicatio with them. In particular, the levels of organizational committment of the nurses having well-developed skills of both emotional intelligence and problem solving may be reasonably high. In this study, we aimed to examine the effects of emotional intelligence level and problem-solving skill of a total of 168 nurses in private health institutes on intension of resignation. To do this, a survey based on demographic data, emotional intelligence levels, problem solving skills, and intentsion of resignation was exposed to them. The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 19 package software. In conclusion, our study revealed that there was a positive relationship between the intension of resignation and Emotional intelligence and problem solving
