Abstract (EN)

The aim of the research is to reveal the relationship between self-sufficiency and anxiety levels of students studying in high school with emotion regulation. We can briefly define adolescence, which is one of the developmental periods that we spend throughout our lives, as the path towards adulthood. The high sense of self-sufficiency in the subject's rigor at this time will make it easier for the individual to cope with difficult situations and help them get through their life tasks healthier. If the individual cannot control the emotion, behavior and body enough, the sense of danger will increase, which will lead the individual to anxiety. The perception of self-sufficiency and the level of anxiety of 250 students who have studied at private school will be looked at separately, and then the two variables will be compared and linked to each other. The relationship between these two variables will then be established with individual emotion editing. It is intended to understand the place of emotion regulation, self-sufficiency and anxiety, to see if there is a meaningful difference between them. Based on these results, it will be included in the advice section of what work can be done in the sense of guidance in the high school level.
