Abstract (EN)

Besides all these, a new enzymatic process were developed for cotton/poliester blended fabrics. In this process esterase enzymes which have a role in the degradation of poliester fibers were used together with cellulase enzymes. By providing the appropriate conditions (such as temperature, pH, etc.) both cotton and poliester fiber ends are planned to be removed in one bath. Because of the variety of optimum conditions of esterase and cellulase enzymes that are used in this study, two baths were needed.Apart from these, another work was carried out on removing oil stains from the fabrics by enzym treatments. In this work, lipase enzymes were utilised instead of conventional chemical oil removers, and thereby an alternative and ecological process may be developed.
