Abstract (EN)
In this study adolescents who have single parents family and full family were compared in respect to their life satisfaction and quality of life.In this study the sample was consisted of 9th, 10th, 11th, grade 232 female and 147 female adolescents who attended 19 high schools at the location of Seyhan Seyhan, Çukurova, Sarıçam and Yuregir in Adana city. In this sample 186 high school students had single parents family and 193 had full family. The adolescents? age mean was 16.19 and standart deviation was 1.18. To collect data Life Satisfaction Questionnaire and short form of WHOQOL-Brief Quality of Life Scale and Personal Demografic Questionnaire were used.To analysis data One Way ANOVA technique was used. Levene homogenity test was used to test of variance equality. The significance level was accepted as .05 in this study.The results of the study have shown that adolescents? who have single parents family life satisfaction, and all three domains (psyhological, social relations and environment) except physical domain quality of life were significantly different from adolescents? who have full family.
