Abstract (EN)

Health Sector is an industry that all services regarding human life are conducted continuously under all circumstances. Leadership, Paternal Leadership and Organizational Culture are the most important concepts among all factors that effects individual efficiency like performance, belonging, job satisfaction. because of intense work pressure, studying and examining the negative factors directly related to the human health, constantly solution oriented job enviroment, for any title working in this sector have intense attitudes against superiors or the organization he/she is in. And accordingly, cynical reactions that grow against the events that occur at the job enviroment are equivalent. With this study including research about the effects of the Paternal Leadership and Organizational Culture on the cynical attitude of workers against the organization, comparison of this effect among the workers of private and state hospitals in Fatih Health Service Region; it is aimed to produce some datum regarding happy workers/organizational success correlation for executives' use. Study has four section. First section is about leadership concept, Paternal Leadership and aspects of the leadership. Second section is about Organizational Culture concept and its connection with several variations. Third Section is about concept and aspects of Organizational Cynism. On the fourth section, datum that required from the workers of private and state hospitals in Fatih Health Service Region is analyzed, revealed argumets are tested. and with this chapter it is aimed to build up a scientific data in the light of these arguments.
