Job motivation and life satisfaction of pediatric doctors and nurses (Sample of central public hospitals in Antalya)

Consistency of the quality of the health system in terms of employee motivation and satisfaction with the result that the employee's life is important. Pediatrics physicians and nurses work under the influence of factors that affect the lives of a team perform their duties. Business life in general life satisfaction, motivation and identification of factors affecting the health of children in the area can affect the success of the provided service and the future of this country and for the economy is also important. In this study, the level of motivation of Pediatrics physicians and nurses and to determine the factors that influence life satisfaction is intended. A descriptive method was adopted as a research tool. Theoretical data with the data obtained as a result of field studies have been evaluated in an integrated manner. Study in Antalya employees who serve in two public hospitals with pediatric doctors and nurses survey was conducted. The data obtained as a result of this survey are evaluated. In the light of these data, factor analysis, frequency analysis of demographic data, binary groups with the t test and ANOVA were used to analyze the findings.
