Abstract (EN)
Performance management has recently been increasingly important process for organizations which want to capture sustainable success. With the application of performance-based remuneration developed by the Ministry of Health, the process of performance management has started in public hospitals, too. In our study, in Diyarbakır Dicle University hospital doctors' satisfaction with the existing system, fairness of it, workload levels and the system's level of affection of their performance and motivation, and whether there is a significant difference between the performance-based remuneration system and the level of their participation propositions to the theorems composed in the previous studies were studied. As a result of the our study significant differences were determined and besides, it is determined that the doctors are not satisfied with the system, they think the system is unfair and it affects their performance and motivation negatively.
