Abstract (EN)

In an era of increasing competition, continuous innovation and ideas, the first step in reaching goals and striving for success lies in the education of its employees. For organizations to succeed, each individual unit must learn to take responsibility for their actions, and it is this human factor that must be nurtured and brought forth. This thought process brings forward the idea of strength and power. For organizations to establish any change and bring about new culture, they must first install this culture within each individual member and create an environment whereby responsibility and team work is shared amongst them.In today?s business environment where networking is key, it is becoming clear that ?hierarchical culture? is giving way to ?strengthening culture? and this is paving the way for newer administrative techniques. This paper aims to show how security employees react towards organizations that have employed innovative techniques and whether such techniques have triggered change or kept the status quo. Throughout this paper the underlying argument is supported by research conducted amongst employees and employers.Key Words: Empowerment, Renew, Renewability, Innovation
