The legalization activities of PKK/KCK terrorist organization

The subject of this study is the legitimation process and activities of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization, which is operating in Turkey. This study is divided into two parts. The first part examines the PKK terrorist organization in Turkey and deals with the historical background of it. In the second part of the study, the legalization activities of PKK/KCK terrorist organization are explained. This section examines the legalization activities of the organization in the legal field, in the activities within the political parties and non-governmental organizations. Also, in this section, the Resolution Process and the Hendek Incidents are examined, and the present-day situation is evaluated. Since this study covers mostly the events taken place during 2005 and afterward, it aims to provide a more specific analysis of the topic.
