Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, two-axis pneumatic cartesian robot handling system that is mostly used in the industrial production lines is designed and produced. For this design, three-dimensional drawing program is used. All the electrical units and the PLC are collected within a controlling panel.Festo brand products are used for the control and the pneumatic section of the robot system. For the vertical axis, Festo DFM pneumatic guide cylinder is used and for the horizontal axis Festo DGC pneumatic linear drive is used. Festo CPX-FEC is selected as PLC and the PLC program is written in FST.4.10.In this study, the data from mechanics, electronics and computer sciences have been used as required for Mechatronics science.
