In this thesis we have determinedcoordinate polynomials of Pn and we have considered an analogue of this problem inthe algebra A2 . Furthermore we have analyzed algorithms determining whether thegiven an element of An is primitive. Also we have given necessary and sufficientconditions for an endomorphism of An to be an outomorphism. On the other hand wehave constructured test elements for the agebras An and Pn .Key Words: Polynomial algebra, free associatealgebra, coordinate polynomial, testelement, primitive element.II
