The data collected from administrative staff working in a state university through questionnaires were evaluated statistically. In the conclusions and recommendations section in the fifth chapter of the study, the results of the study were summarized and a general evaluation was made. As a result of the analyzes conducted to understand the relationships between variables, it was determined that both positive psychological capital and the perception of workload have significant effects on organizational citizenship behaviors and counterproductive work behaviors, which are considered as extra role behaviors. According to the findings, high levels of positive psychological capital increase the exhibit of organizational citizenship behaviors and decrease counterproductive work behaviors. On the other hand, perceiving the level of workload as higher than it should be may lead to a decrease in the exhibit of organizational citizenship behaviors and an increase in the display of counterproductive work behaviors.
