Data were transferred to IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program to complete. RESULTS: It was observed that 61.4% of the mothers that participated in the study were in 25-34 age group. A negative statistically significant relationship was found between BSES-SF scores of mothers of premature infants and their Scale for Obsessive, Compulsive Behaviors of Mothers in the Postpartum Period with regard to Baby Care scores (r=-0.253, p=0.001). no statistically significant relationship was found between these scales in mothers of mature infants (r=-0.100, p=0.190). A negative statistically significant relationship was found between BSES-SF and BaM-13 scores of mothers of premature and mature infants (in turns r=-0.343, p=0.000), (-0.343, p=0.000). A positive statistically significant relationship was found between Scale for Obsessive, Compulsive Behaviors of Mothers in the Postpartum Period with regard to Baby Care scores and BaM-13 scores of mothers of premature and mature infants (in turns r=0.311, p=0.000; r=0.206, p=0.006). CONCLUSION: No difference was found between Scale for Obsessive, Compulsive Behaviors of Mothers in the Postpartum Period with regard to Baby Care scores of mothers of premature and mature infants (t=1.234; p=0.218). A statistically significant difference was found between their BSES-SF scale scores (t=-5.147; p=0.000). A statistically significant difference was found between BaM-13 scores of mothers of premature and mature infants (t=1.988; p=0.048).
