Designing and implementation of an expert system for project management software selection

In an environment where there are similar functional project management softwares, softwares that complete each other, softwares that works together etc., it?s hard to decide properly which project management software is more suitable for the user.The purpose of this study is to design an expert system which will ease project management software selection and evaluation and to turn a hard decision making process into a simpler process.The selection method in this study is to use an algorithmic question array for ranking project management softwares according to the user?s needs. With the designed program, users can select a software within half an hour.
