Abstract (EN)
Projects start, progress and process at the end of the project has the success and quality of effects. Because of today's needs, it is important that we can determine the success factors in the construction sector which has the biggest share in the market. The purpose of the research is to test the available of the competitive project success measurement model of the competitive sectors. In the construction sector, this modal was deemed important in terms of determining what goals were planned and what could not be achieved. In general the study phase of the project, have been mentioned in the construction industry impact on businesses and the critical success factor. The results of previous surveys and surveys have been compared and evaluated. Assessment was made by descriptive research method and survey technique was used as data collection tool. The number of projects made as project manager, the seniority year at the firm as the project manager, and the number of completed projects have successfully played a role in the subjects such as cost, quality, performance, security, business environment, work program while gender discrimination has no effect on critical success. Literature and questionnaires, and a total of 3 main sections, this project contains a project manager and the information that leads the project to success. With this research, it is evaluated which factors may come before others for firms competing in today's conditions. Assessment was made by descriptive research method and survey technique was used as data collection tool. Cost, work program quality, performance, safety and business environment criteria were measured and the results were analyzed.
