Abstract (EN)
In this study, protein based(CSP-I) and Pirkle type chiral stationary phases(CSP-II) were synthesized. The structure of this CSPs were enlightened with elemental analysis. The particle size of CSPs were measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The prepared CSPs were packed into 150X4.6mm HPLC column. The enantiomeric resolution of some rasemic compounds such as mandelic acid, methyl mandelate, epinephrine, propranolol, α-phenylethylamine and 3-hydroxybutyric acid was employed in 1mL/rpm, 1,5mL/rpm, 2mL/rpm, 2,5mL/rpm, 3mL/rpm flow rate in various pHs such pH=6, pH=7, pH=8 100mM phosphate buffer. Chromatographic parameters such as resolution factor(RS) and selectivity(α) for each rasemic compounds were calculated above conditions in these flow rates and pHs. More successful results were obtained with CSP-I in enantiomeric resolution studies.
