Abstract (EN)

Psychological contract can be defined as a series of dynamic and unwritten expectations that are based on the mutuality between the personnel and the organization. Among the two major aspects of the psychological contract, the first one is comprised of the expectations of the employer from its personnel that includes, loyalty...etc. The second one is comprised of the psychological expectations of the personnel that are related to how his or her job performance is evaluated; and whether or not he or she is given opportunities to improve his or her knowledge, talents and responsibilities. In this study, it is aimed to measure the effects of the psychological contract and its sub dimensions, transactional and relational contracts of the personnel, on the identified as personnel attitudes and behaviors that are organizational commitment, job satisfaction, intention to leave, organizational citizenship and perception of injustice. It is also aimed to measure the effects of control variables (such as gender, age, education, marital status, and average working hours per day) on the variables identified as personnel attitudes and behaviors. The data that is used in thesis study is obtained by the survey method and is analyzed using the statistics software. In the last part of this study, the research hypothesis developed are tested using statistical analysis techniques; based on the findings and evaluations obtained, the contribution of the study to the organizational theory is discussed; recommendations for future studies and business executives are presented.Keywords: Psychological Contract, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship, Perception of Injustice, Intention to Leave
