Abstract (EN)
In this study, possibilities of using hazelnut kernel meal in scale carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) diets were investigated. Fish meal in the control diet were replaced at %10, 20, 30, 40 rate with hazelnut kernel meal and Kontrol Diet, Experiment 1, Experiment 2, Experiment 3 and Experiment 4 diets were prepared. In the study, total 300 scale fish fry with mean weight (6,5±0.1) g were used. Each group had three replicate and 20 fish were placed in each replicate. Experiment was carried on for 4 months.At the end of the study, increased level of hazelnut kernel meal in carp diets led to decreased live weight gain, spesific growth rate, relative growth and feed conversion ratio. Final weight of fishes for Kontrol, Exp. 1, Exp. 2, Exp.3 and Exp.4 respectively were 9.55 ±0.36, 9.65±0.53, 8.95±0.3, 8.30±0.2 and 7.70±0.10g. Greatest live weight were obtained in Kontrol and Exp.1diets and differences in this groups were not important. It suggested that, best level of hazelnut kernel meal in scale carp fry is 10 %.
