Analysis of redtree computerized pattern system and an exemplary training model proposal

In this study, an exemplary training module is targeted to be formed for the institutions that shall provide Redtree training by attempting to reveal the differences with other computerized pattern preparation systems by examining Redtree computerized pattern preparation system, one of CAD/CAM systems used in textile and garment enterprises in Turkey. Thesis consists of three parts. First part has a general introduction part. In this part, it has been attempted to reveal the differences of Redtree pattern preparation system from manual pattern removal method and other computerized pattern preparation systems. Second part includes the information of general use regarding Redtree pattern system. In third part, it has been attempted to clarify by gradually processing model application and cloth spreading over the main pattern of a sample shirt prepared in Redtree computerized pattern preparation system by offering an exemplary training module. In final part, all these studies have been evaluated in general and the conclusion reached has been emphasized.
