1960-1971 yılları arası Türkiye'deki anti-emperyalist söylem ve Türk-Amerikan ilişkileri

The progress of anti-imperialism in Turkey between 1960-1971, which occupied both the international system and international politics, and nowadays still going on occupying, is discussed in this research. When this era is discussed, the relation between the USA, which is the main actor of Cold War, and Turkey, as a secondary actor for having its geopolitics location, have been taken into consideration. The aim of this research is to emphasize the effect of the sense of anti-imperialism in Turkish perception after the 1960 coup in Turkey on the Turkish-American relationship. In this research, in order to create a historical context, the place of anti- imperialism in the life of Turkish political ideas from the foundation of Turkey to 1950, namely the anti-imperialist period of the Democrat Party until it became the ruling party, and the established political cooperation with the USA were discussed. Afterwards, the anti-imperialist discourses through the Democrat Party era and the strong economic and military cooperation with the USA is investigated in terms of showing the cumulated consciousness of the society in the 1960s. In the last part of the research, the factors that created the sensation of "stone and land of the country became America" and America an anti- imperialist country from a friendly country was evaluated. Through the research process, the newspaper that was important in that era, and magazines were analyzed to make the research to have a wider perspective. In the research, it is argued that the anti-imperialism perception turned into an anti-American discourse in Turkey, and it is observed that these two discourses were used as if they were the same. The most important claim through all this research is that the anti-American/anti-imperialist discourses, that has started to increase among the Turkish society and sometimes turned into serious conflicts, shaped the relation with America in terms of Turkish foreign policy. Dans cette recherche, nous avons focalisé sur l'existence de l'anti impérialisme et son impact controversé sur les relations avec les États-Unis dans les années 1960 en Turquie. Pour déterminer cette période, les relations entre deux acteurs de la guerre froide ont été prises en considération. L'un des acteurs est les États-Unis, qui étaient l'un des pays dominants de la période de la guerre froide, et l'autre est la Turquie, le pays qui a joué un rôle complémentaire grâce à sa géopolitique pendant cette période. Le but de cette recherche est de montrer l'impact de la pensée anti-impérialiste dans la vie politique Turque sur les relations turco-américaines après le coup d'état de 1960. Dans cette recherche, afin d'établir un contexte historique, la place de l'anti-impérialisme dans la pensée politique turque depuis la fondation de la Turquie jusqu'en 1950 a été examinée. Par la suite, afin de comprendre la conscience accumulée dans la société, la rhétorique anti-impérialiste qui a tenté de survivre et de s'exprimer pendant la période du Parti démocrate et la stricte coopération économique et militaire établie avec les États-Unis a été étudiée. Dans la dernière partie de la recherche, les facteurs qui ont conduit à la transformation des États-Unis d'un pays ami en un pays impérialiste sont examinés. De plus, les événements qui ont contribué à la naissance de l'expression telle que « la terre, la pierre du pays est devenue américaines » sont discutés. Dans cette recherche, nous avons observé la transformation des discours anti-impérialistes en discours anti-américains. De plus, nous avons observé que ces deux discours ont commencé à être considérés comme synonymes. L'argument le plus important de cette recherche est que les discours anti américains et anti-impérialistes qui se renforcent dans la société turque, et qui se transforment parfois en conflit violent, jouent un rôle décisif dans la politique étrangère de la Turquie et dans ses relations avec les États-Unis.
