Özet (EN)
Our objective was the show the mutations in Kras Braf and EGFR genes which are important in determining the progress and the response the moleculer based treatment in renal cell cancers. We evaluated the medical records of the 35 patients who underwent radical or partial nephrectomyWe prepared normal tissue and cancerous tissue from pathological specimen. After DNA isolation, We get genomic dna disolve mutation identified with using ABI-3130 DNA analyisis device.We didnt determined mutations at all exons which were on the egfr. Braf and Kras pathway.Even If mutations does not determined on the tissue of renal cell cancer, It doesn't means that these genes had not play on the carcinogenesis of renal cell cancers.Identification of mRNA and other proteins of this oncogenes can help to understand of carcinogenesis of RHK.
