Teaching has a great importance among these professions in terms of both significance and intensity of emotions experienced.Because of the importance of the issue ?job burnout? , job burnout level of physical education teachers working at different cities has been searched. At the same time, working conditions of teachers of physical education who serve different cities are compared. It is understood that teachers of Physical Education particapated in the research are estranged from their job at not an underestimated degree, feel spiritually depleted, cannot endure this job even one more day. Also, working close to people causes high stress on teachers.Among the teachers of Physical Education participated in the research, women feel more bornout than men do. It was seen that women feel less depersonalization than men do. Moreover, the level of bornout of teachers who have crowded classes was higher than the ones who have less crowded classes. When we look at the result of research, it was clearly seen that the social and economic situation of the city in which a teacher works highly influenced his/her burnout level
