Edition of "Risāla Tataallaqu bi-Kalām al-Baydāwī fi Tarcīhātihi bayn al-Hanafiyya wa al-Shāfi'iyya" and its evaluation in terms of Islamic law

In this study, a Risāla penned by İbn Bilâl who lived between 15th and 16th centuries has been investigated. The writer's life, scientific identity and other works have been introduced as well. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, information on the subject, purpose and method of the research is given. In the first chapter, information about the author's life, his scientific personality and the period he lived is presented. In the second part, a general introduction to the Risala is given. In this section, various subjects such as the name of the work, its belonging to the author, the characteristics of the copy, its content and its importance are discussed. In the third chapter, the aforementioned works were investigated based on the investigative methods used in Turkey and in the Islamic world. In addition, in our study, the rules determined by the Center for Islamic Studies (ISAM) in matters of verification were taken into account.
