Enkoprezis disease was seen in 91 (16.19%) of the boys and 45 (8.01%) of the girls. The average age of children with enkoprezis was 7.56 ± 2.42 years, and there was a significant difference between the development of the disease and the age variable. In addition, it was determined that factors such as nursery starting age, having comorbid psychiatric disease, education level and working status of the mother, performing endoprisis behavior especially at home during the day and accompanying constipation were found to be effective in the development of the disease. Conclusion: As a result of the study, the factors such as age and gender of the children of the encopretic, education level of their parents and their working status, the situation of going to kindergarten and kindergarten, families' punitive behavior, constipation, eating disorders may be important problems, and other diagnoses can be IX seen in children with encoprosis. Therefore, while evaluating an encopretic patient, we think that it is necessary to investigate and treat additional psychiatric diagnoses instead of just focusing on Enkoprezis symptom.
