Abstract (EN)
Technology is advancing at such a rapid rate, that from time to time we may have the illusion that technology does not exists for humans, but humans exist for technology. In fact, the claim that in the future we will be able to fight against robots produced by humans is one of these illusions. However, the confrontation between humans and technology can only happen when the value of human being is forgotten while developing technology. This can happen by ascribing rights to things, which should be ascribed only to human beings. This thesis aims at putting forward the danger of granting human rights to robots. With this thesis, it will be attempted to show that we need to develop all technological tools and equipment produced in order to facilitate the work of human beings in a way that will protect human dignity and human rights. To achieve this, it is important that technology developers be equipped with the knowledge of human nature and of human rights.
