Abstract (EN)
İn the purpose of analysing the carrir's liability exemptions under " The United Nations Covention on the Carriage of Goods Holy or Partaly By Sea " known as "The Rotterdam Rules" wich is a result of a collaboration between the UNCİTRAL and the CMİ, we have examined the new liasility regime comparing it with the precedings Tne Hague-Visby and The Hamburg Rules.
