Abstract (EN)

In this study, Turkey's foreign policy is analyzed in detail in the context of Ukraine- Russia crisis. Relations between Ukraine and Russia, which gained their independence after the collapse of the Soviet Union, continued smoothly and under Russian control until recent years. However, especially after the Liberal trend prevailing in Ukraine and the rapprochement with the West, relations between Russia and Ukraine became tense and even contradictory. In this study, Turkey's foreign policy in recent years debating how to shape the crisis between Russia and Ukraine. Then the Crimea, the historical process of Russian-Ukrainian relations and Turkey's policy in this direction is considered. The recent crisis and described the processes leading to this stage, lastly, information on the position regarding Turkey's policy during this crisis and supervision work is given in the light of an overall assessment.
